بارك سي هوو الحادث: وجاء قرار الشرطة على عجل من بارك سي هوو احتج PURME الراسخ القانون ضد قرار قسم شرطة غرب لمعارضة طلبها للنقل إلى قسم شرطة جانج نام على أساس تسرب المعلومات من الشرطة إلى الصحافة التي كانت تضر بارك سى هوو . رفض قسم شرطة غرب لتسليم القضية واستدعت مرة أخرى بارك سي هوو لحضور يوم 1 مارس الساعة 10 صباحا ويقولون اذا فشل في حضور للمرة الثالثة، وسوف تنظر في التقدم للحصول على مذكرة توقيف.
التالي هو الموقف الرسمي لمحامى سي هوو رده على استدعى قسم اشرطة الغربية مرة أخرى بارك سي هوو لاستجوابهم
وتسلمت الاستدعاء شفويا لدينا فى مكتب المحاماة.حققت شرطة الغربية من جانب واحد في قرار تحاول فرض أمر بالحضور دون أي سند قانوني ودون سابق إنذار، مما نشعر به هو أشد الأسف.ونطالب بشدة قرار من سلطة أعلى يمكن أن يجعل منها الأحكام على transferrals القضية.نطلب بكل احترام بأن تقوم الامتناع عن المضاربة المفرطة.

Park Si Hoo incident: Police decision hurriedly came out
Park Si Hoo’s law firm PURME protested against the decision of the Western Police Station to oppose its request for transfer to Gangnam Police Station on the basis of information leaks from the police to the press which were harmful to Park Si Hoo. The Western Police Station refused to hand over the case and has again summoned Park Si Hoo to attend on March 1 at 10 a.m. They say if he fails to attend a third time, they will consider applying for an arrest warrant.
Following is the official position of the Park Si Hoo side
The Western Police Station has again summoned Park Si Hoo for questioning on March 1 at 10 a.m. and has delivered the summons orally to our law firm.
The Western Police Station has made an unilateral decision in trying to enforce a summons without any legal basis and without giving notice, which we feel is most regrettable.
We strongly demand a decision from a higher authority that can make lawful judgements on case transferrals.
We respectfully ask that you refrain from excessive speculation.
