End of cross-examination of Park Si Hoo – What will come out after 8 hours of questioning?
Park Si Hoo who was accused of rape and K who was facing molestation charges finally emerged at dawn after a lengthy questioning.
Reporters were waiting for them at Western Police Station where they were questioned from 6:50 p.m. on March 13 to 2:40 a.m. on March 14 – nearly 8 hours.
Looking tired after such a long cross-examination and questioning, Park Si Hoo appeared before reporters with bloodshot eyes. He spoke briefly: “I have cooperated in good faith in the police investigation and the truth will be revealed. I apologize once again for causing you anxiety.”
Western Police Station Chief who is in charge of the investigation said: “Cross-examination of all 3 people involved resulted in contradictory claims rather than a consistent statement. We will use our prudent judgement to process their statements, and the results of the polygraph will be announced by the medico-legal institute in about a week.”
Earlier in the day on March 13, Park Si Hoo, A and K all took the lie detector test administered by the Seoul National Institute of Scientific Investigation but the results were still bitterly opposed.
Last month aspiring actress A accused Park Si Hoo of sexual assault. Park Si Hoo denied the charges and attended Western Police Station for questioning. He has since sued A and her friend B for attempted blackmail and defamation, as well as his former management company representative C who has countersued Park Si Hoo for defamation.

TV리포트 = 조지영 기자] 성폭행 혐의로 피소된 배우 박시후(35)가 자신을 고소한 A씨(24), 성추행 혐의로 피소된 후배 K씨(24)와의 대질심문을 마치고 새벽 귀가했다.
박시후는 서울 서부경찰서에서 13일 오후 6시 50분께부터 14일 오전 2시 40분께까지 약 8시간 대질심문을 가졌다.
오랜 대질심문으로 피로한 듯한 박시후는 충혈된 눈으로 취재진 앞에 모습을 드러냈다. 그는 “경찰 조사에 성실히 임했다. 진실은 꼭 밝혀질 것. 심려를 끼쳐 죄송하다”고 말한 뒤 준비된 검은 세단을 타고 귀가했다.
박시후 사건을 담당하는 서부경찰서 서준옥 계장은 박시후가 사라진 뒤 “대질심문에서는 세 명 모두 상반된 진술을 주장하기보다는 일관된 진술로 임했다. 우리는 이들의 진술을 통해 신중한 판단과 처리를 할 것이다”라며 “국과수 조사 결과는 나오는 대로 처리할 예정이다. (거짓말탐지기 조사는) 일주일 정도 소요될 것 같다”고 답했다.
앞서 박시후와 A씨, K씨는 지난 13일 오전 서울 양천구 국립과학수사연구원에서 거짓말탐지기 조사도 받았지만, 양측의 의견이 여전히 첨예하게 대립한 것으로 알려졌다.
한편 박시후는 지난달 연예인지망생 A씨을 성폭행한 혐의로 피소됐다. 지난 1일 서부경찰서에 출석한 박시후는 관련 혐의를 부인했고 이후 박시후 측은 A씨와 A씨의 지인 B씨, 그리고 전 소속사 대표에 대해 무고 및 공갈미수, 출판물에 의한 명예훼손 등의 혐의로 고발했다. 전 소속사 측도 11일 박시후에 대한 명예훼손 등의 혐의로 맞고소를 진행한 상황이다.
