We are not going to translate the Korean news report which really has nothing to say, except:
1. A claimed PSH raped her twice, according to contents of complaint filed.
2. Male genes (DNA) were detected in secretions collected from A by the National Institute of Scientific Investigation and the Police are requesting additional forensic identification.
Accordingly, the police medico-legal institute was commissioned to do DNA tests to take oral epithelial cells in order to confirm the identity of the male gene derived from the secretions of A from Park and Kim.
Now we are interpreting, so this is our analysis:
- News report does not mention source. Where did these “leaks” come from? From the Police? They haven’t learned a lesson from last time?
- We suspect they came from A (or her backers.) Now she claims to have been raped twice? Wasn’t she supposed to be unconscious? She could still count when she was out?
- These “new developments” follow immediately the exposure of EYAGI’s possible involvement in yesterday’s news report. It is obvious this is their counter-attack.
- Examining DNA is standard procedure in rape cases. If you’ve seen CSI and other such TV series, you know all about the procedure.
- The news report even went so far as to say they expected the DNA to be PSH’s. Aren’t they jumping the gun?
- Even if PSH did have sexual relations with A, does that prove rape?
- Whatever, they are doing everything they can to make PSH look bad. They are determined that he should never be able to stand up again.

They created this mess; they clean it up themselves. We never believed the accusation in the first place. Why should we give it credence by clarifying it for SHR? And we still haven’t forgiven them for their “embellished” English translation of PSH’s first official statement which led to all sorts of misunderstanding.
- Some people never miss an opportunity. You won’t believe how many business offers we have received. 4일 오후 박시후측 관계자는 “세 사람을 무고 및 공갈미수 등의 혐의로 서부경찰서에 형사고소했다. B씨의 경우 A양의 편에 서서 모 매체에 그릇된 내용을 일방적으로 알렸다. 출판물에 의한 명예훼손 혐의도 적용했다”면서 “전 소속사 대표 C씨는 겉으로 전속계약기간이 만료된 박시후를 위해 물심양면 애쓰는 것처럼 보였다. 하지만 사실은 이번 고소사건의 배후인물이다. 세 사람이 이번 고소건에 대해 모의했다는 정황을 모두 파악한 상태”라고 전했다.

PSH summoned by police again

Park Si Hoo has been summoned by the police again this week.
Some people are making a big deal of this, but this is standard procedure. Both PSH and A will be interviewed again, actually the term in Korean is ”confrontation interrogation” (cross-examination). Because of the discrepancies in their statements, the Police have to investigate further before they can conclude whether there has been any sexual assault.
This video has Chinese subtitles. Apart from above news, it also mentions the allegations about EYAGI’s role in this incident and rumours about Miss A and her background.

Facing criticisms of their failure to subpoena the Kakao Talk records (supplied by the PSH side), the police said: “These SMS are for reference only. Other SMS records are beneficial to A. The PSH side has not been able to prove conclusively that PSH and A have not had forcible relations. Since A was carried on somebody’s back to PSH’s home, suspicions of her being sexually assaulted while in a defenceless drunken state have not been ruled out.”
Also, the police, based on A’s accusations that she might have been drugged, took out search warrants to search PSH’s home and car, but test results have proved negative.

This is the latest article that explicitly mentions the conspiracy theory that many people have raised since the PSH incident broke. We have decided to present it point by point for your easy reading.
The Park Si Hoo incident … more puzzles … other suspicions
- The Park Si Hoo incident (alleged sexual assault) has reached a reversal with his appearance at Western Police Station on March 1, with many twists and turns.
- Evidence has been presented which shows Miss A and her best friend B exchanged text messages on February 15 [the day after the alleged rape] on Kakao Talk in which they discussed extorting 1 billion won (approximately US$920,000) from Park Si Hoo (“take money or break him”) and A displaying her acting skills to play the victim.
- By spreading the information on the internet, they made the issue more controversial.
- According to an influential showbiz official, Miss A contacted PSH’s former management company EYAGI ENTERTAINMENT immediately after the incident occurred to discuss how to resolve the issue.

서울 서부경찰서는 성폭행 피해자라고 주장하는 A양이 사건 발생 직후 친한 언니인 B양과 주고받은 카카오톡 문자 메시지를 확보해 분석 중이다. 언론에 일부 공개된 메시지 내용 중 사건이 발생한 15일 B양이 A양에게 ‘(이번 건은) 큰 건이기 때문에 합의금으로 10억 원을 요구하라’라고 한 부분은 논란이 될 수 있다.
